Run Flat Tyres

Safety for you, your family and other road users

Run Flat Tyres

When choosing a tyre, nothing matters more than safety. That’s why, at First Stop, we’re proud to present state-of-the-art Run Flat Tyres (RFT) from Bridgestone.

RFTs are designed to support the vehicle on the road, even when there is zero air pressure in the tyre. This means that when you lose tyre pressure suddenly, RFT won’t let you down. The reinforced sidewall helps the tyre maintain its shape.

This makes a big difference to the driver. Instead of having to stop in a dangerous area, such as a motorway or tunnel, they can slowly take their car to the safety of the closest service station.

In fact, RFTs allow you to keep driving for up to 80km at a speed of 80km/hour. There’s also no need to carry a spare tyre, which means less weight and more space.
