Within a long-term safety and environmental programme, Bridgestone engineers have developed a new compound reinforcement technology for the original tread pattern geometry. This state of the art compound reduces heat build-up during rotation, leading to improved rolling resistance and therefore lower fuel consumption and CO2 output. All other performance characteristics are maintained, including the high level of wet safety.
