Totall support from the biggest name in tyres

When you drive into a First Stop centre, you can be confident you’ll receive expert advice and the backing of Bridgestone, the world’s biggest tyre manufacturer.

Our commitment to you

You'll find 170 First Stop centres in the UK – and around 2,000 across Europe. Each one is dedicated to finding just the right tyres for you. And the first thing we do is listen. We'll look at the vehicle you drive and we’ll ask about the way you drive it. We will also make sure your tyres fit your budget. So, when we recommend a tyre, it's based entirely on your needs.

We want every customer to know that, when it’s time to replace their tyres, First Stop is the first place to come.

Bridgestone

Our heritage

The First Stop network is supported by Bridgestone, a company based on a long tradition of innovative thinking.

It’s a story that goes back to 1925. Our founder Shojiro Ishbashi first pioneered the mass production of Tabi, a traditional Japanese footwear item. Then, inspired by the rapid industrialisation of Japan, he researched new automotive technology, before making his first tyre in 1930. A year later, the Bridgestone name was officially born and today we are the biggest tyre manufacturer in the world.
